At Anu Style, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied with what you received, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds. We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

1. Faulty or Damaged Product Returns
We aim to provide only high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
What to do:
• Contact us by email or phone within 14 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the damaged product(s).
• We may request additional information to confirm the damage.
What happens next:
• If the damage is confirmed, we will:
• Replace the product (if stock is available).
• If the same product is unavailable, you may:
• Choose another product of the same value, or
• Request a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
• For the first return due to damage, shipping is free.
• For any additional returns, shipping charges will apply.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must:
• Be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Not be washed.
• Be free from stains, spills, food marks, or strong odors (including perfume, cologne, smoke, or chemicals).
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect:
• The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• For the first return, shipping is free.
For any additional returns, shipping charges will apply.
• We also will not reimburse the cost of any packaging you use to send the product back.
3. Return & Refund Conditions
We monitor the frequency of returns for security purposes.
• If we notice unusually high volumes of returns or repeated claims of damaged/missing items, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
• If your returned product does not meet our return requirements (washed, damaged, tags removed, packaging missing, or otherwise unsuitable for resale), we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
• Items not eligible for refund will not be returned to you and may be recycled.
4. Processing Time
• Refunds: Issued within 2 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.
• Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.
