When we make changes that may negatively affect you, we’ll try to give reasonable notice. For how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including visitors, customers and content contributors.

3. Accounts, site availability and information accuracy
- 3.1 Accounts: Some features may require an account. Please use accurate details, keep your login safe, and update your info if it changes. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
- 3.2 Site availability: We do our best to keep the site running, but we don’t promise it will be available all the time or without disruption.
- 3.3 Third-party information: Some product details come from brand owners, suppliers, and manufacturers. We rely on what they provide. Where the law allows (including under the Australian Consumer Law), we can’t be responsible for errors caused by incorrect third-party information.
- 3.4 Linked websites: Links to other sites are provided for convenience only. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
4. Orders
- 4.1 Placing an order: When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the product(s) under these Terms.
- 4.2 Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch/shipping confirmation. (Order confirmation or payment authorisation alone isn’t acceptance.)
- 4.3 Order changes: If you made a mistake after submitting your order, contact us straight away. We’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee changes and fees may apply.
- 4.4 We may cancel or refuse: Before dispatch, we may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., stock issues, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations). If we’ve taken payment, you’ll receive a full refund.
- 4.5 Personal use only: Our products are for personal use. We may limit or refuse orders we reasonably think are for resale.
5. Prices, currency and GST
- 5.1 AUD and GST: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- 5.2 Changes: Prices, shipping fees and promotions can change at any time (unless the law says otherwise).
- 5.3 Errors: If we spot a pricing/description error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you.
6. Payment
- 6.1 Methods: Pay using the options shown at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, or other listed gateways).
- 6.2 Pay in full: You must be allowed to use the chosen payment method and have enough funds/credit to cover the order.
- 6.3 Third-party processors: Payments are processed by third parties. We don’t store full card details and we can’t control those services or guarantee their availability. If one method isn’t available to you, please choose another.
- 6.4 Authorisation: You authorise us (and our payment provider) to take payment for the order total, including shipping and any taxes.
7. Shipping and delivery (Australia only)
- 7.1 Australia-only: We deliver within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
- 7.2 Carriers and timing: We use Australia Post and/or courier partners. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and don’t include weekends or public holidays. Remote/regional areas may take longer.
- 7.3 Fees: Shipping costs (and any free-shipping thresholds) are shown at checkout.
- 7.4 Authority to leave (ATL): If you ask for ATL, or the carrier decides ATL is suitable, risk passes once the parcel is left at your address in a safe place. We’re not responsible for loss or damage after delivery.
- 7.5 Delivery attempts and collection points: Carriers may contact you (e.g., by SMS) with options such as ATL or collection from a pickup point. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel or collect it promptly.
- 7.6 Undeliverable parcels: Suppose your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or non-collection. In that case, we can reship (extra shipping fees may apply) or refund the product price less shipping once the item is back with us in original condition (where relevant).
- 7.7 Service areas: Some locations may be unavailable or have limited options. If we can’t deliver to your address, we’ll let you know and cancel the order or arrange delivery to another address.
- 7.8 Risk and title: Title passes to you when we’ve received full payment. Risk passes on delivery to your address (or, if delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control, when delivery would reasonably have occurred).
8. Product details, colours and availability
- 8.1 Accuracy: We take care with descriptions, images, colours, sizing and materials, but your screen settings and photography can cause small differences.
- 8.2 Promotional images: Where suitable, we may use stylised, created or edited images for promotional purposes. The product you receive may vary slightly from those visuals.
- 8.3 Stock: All products depend on availability. We can limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
9. Returns, exchanges and refunds
- 9.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure isn’t major, you’re entitled to have the goods replaced within a reasonable time.
- 9.2 Faulty/incorrect items: Email [support@anustyles.com.au] with your order number and photos (if helpful). We’ll work with you in line with the ACL to repair, replace or refund.
- 9.3 Change-of-mind: If we offer change-of-mind returns, they follow our Returns Policy (for example: time limits, original condition/packaging, proof of purchase, and hygiene exclusions). Unless we say otherwise, you pay return shipping.
- 9.4 Refund method: Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and check the return (if a return is required).
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details (it forms part of these Terms).
10. Promotions and discounts
- 10.1 Promotions and discounts: Promotions and discounts run for a limited time and while stocks last. They may have exclusions and usually can’t be combined unless we say so.
- 10.3 Gift cards/store credit: Gift cards/store credit (if offered) aren’t redeemable for cash unless required by law and usually have a minimum 3-year expiry in Australia—check the card for details.
11. Your content (reviews, photos, comments)
- 11.1 You must own the content you submit or have permission to use it, and it must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
- 11.2 You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display your content to operate and promote our Services.

15. Third-party services and links
- We use third-party services (like payment providers and carriers) and link to other sites. Your use of them is at your own risk and is governed by their terms and policies.
16. Warranties, ACL and liability

- 16.3 Limitation: To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to:
- for goods: repair, replacement or supply of equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so; and
- 16.4 No indirect loss: We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or opportunity, or delays outside our reasonable control (unless the law requires otherwise).
17. Force majeure
- We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (for example: natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government actions, carrier delays, or major internet/telecom failures).
18. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or the law. You can stop using the Services at any time. Parts of these Terms that should continue after termination will still apply.
19. Changes to our Services and these Terms
- We can update, pause or stop parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change may materially disadvantage you, we’ll try to give reasonable notice (e.g., on the site or by email). Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and disputes
- 20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- 20.2 If a dispute arises, we’ll try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days before taking further steps. This does not limit your rights under the ACL.
